What payment methods do you accept?

For now we only accept payments through PayPal and bank transfers (only available for Dominican Republic).

How can I pay with PayPal?

2. Fill in the blanks required with your information

3. Proceed to Continue

4. You will be redirected to the checkout steps to finish off the rest of the steps

5. Done, you’re all set!

How do I pay through bank transfer?

*This option is only available in the Dominican Republic*

1. Please e-mail us at info@analuciagarcia.com with the items you want to order

2. We will proceed to send you the information required for a bank transfer

3. Once you reply with the receipt of the transfer once it’s gone through, we’ll reply with the information required for you to receive your order!

What are the pieces made of?

The pieces are 3D printed in a material called carbon polymer through a laser process. It’s very resistant and light-weight.

Do you ship outside Dominican Republic?

Yes! We ship to United States. With time we will proceed to deliver to other parts of the world, hopefully!

How long does it take for me to get my order?

Approximately 2-3 weeks, unless we have the piece you’re ordering already in stock, in which case we’ll let you know once it’s shipped. This happens since we are connected to a 3D printed factory in United States, once we order it we receive it and send it to you!
